Preface Letter
“LEGACY AUTISTA” provides premium concierge service(s) with exceptional professional etiquette. Our bottom line is intentional stewardship implemented in every facet of company existence. There’s common notion to “run a business”, however we live our business as it grows with evolving communities.
Code of Ethics
Our Commitment
At Legacy Autista, luxury transportation is more than providing a premium vehicle and exceptional service. It is a commitment to trust, discretion, safety, dignity, and respect.
Every passenger, employee, partner, and member of the communities we serve deserves to be treated with professionalism and consideration. This Code of Ethics establishes the principles that guide our decisions, our conduct, and the experience we provide.
Our reputation is built not only on how we transport our clients, but on how responsibly we handle the trust placed in us.
1. Integrity and Professionalism
We conduct business honestly, ethically, and transparently.
All Legacy Autista employees, drivers, contractors, and representatives are expected to:
- Act with honesty, integrity, and good judgment.
- Keep commitments and communicate accurately.
- Treat clients, colleagues, vendors, and partners with courtesy and professionalism.
- Avoid conflicts of interest or situations that could compromise impartial judgment.
- Never engage in fraud, dishonesty, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or other unethical conduct.
- Protect the reputation and interests of Legacy Autista while maintaining respect for the rights of others.
Luxury service requires consistency. We strive to provide the same level of professionalism whether serving a first-time passenger, a longtime client, a corporate executive, a public figure, or a member of our own team.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
Privacy is fundamental to the Legacy Autista experience.
Our passengers may share sensitive personal information with us simply by using our services. Travel arrangements can reveal where someone lives, works, socializes, conducts business, or spends private time. We recognize that this information belongs to the passenger and must be handled responsibly.
Our privacy principles
Legacy Autista is committed to:
- Collecting only information that is reasonably necessary to provide, manage, and improve our services.
- Using passenger information only for legitimate business purposes and as authorized by the passenger or required by law.
- Protecting personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
- Limiting access to passenger information to personnel who have a legitimate business need to know.
- Maintaining appropriate safeguards for customer records, booking information, payment information, contact details, and other personal data.
- Respecting passenger preferences regarding communications and marketing.
- Following applicable privacy and data-protection laws and regulations.
- Promptly escalating suspected privacy or security incidents through appropriate internal channels.
Discretion in the vehicle
Our commitment to privacy extends beyond digital information.
Drivers and employees must exercise exceptional discretion regarding passengers and their activities. Unless there is a legitimate safety, legal, or operational reason:
- Do not discuss a passenger’s identity, destination, schedule, companions, conversations, or activities with others.
- Do not photograph, record, or share images or information about passengers without appropriate authorization.
- Do not post passenger-related content on personal or company social-media accounts without authorization.
- Do not seek autographs, photographs, favors, personal information, or social-media connections from passengers.
- Do not use privileged knowledge gained through employment for personal benefit.
What happens in a Legacy Autista vehicle stays confidential.
This principle applies equally to celebrities, executives, private individuals, families, employees, and every other passenger we serve.
3. Respect, Dignity, and Inclusiveness
Legacy Autista is committed to creating an environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We do not tolerate discrimination based on characteristics protected by applicable law, including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
We expect our employees and representatives to:
- Treat every passenger and colleague with courtesy and professionalism.
- Use respectful and inclusive language.
- Respect names, identities, cultural practices, and personal boundaries.
- Avoid assumptions about a person’s background, relationships, abilities, lifestyle, or circumstances.
- Provide equitable service regardless of a passenger’s identity or background.
- Speak up when they witness discriminatory, disrespectful, or harassing behavior.
Inclusiveness means more than avoiding discrimination. It means actively creating a service environment in which people feel welcome, valued, safe, and respected.
4. Accessibility and Accommodations
Luxury should be accessible.
Legacy Autista strives to provide an experience that accommodates passengers with disabilities and differing mobility, communication, sensory, and other needs, consistent with applicable laws and the capabilities of our services.
Employees should:
- Treat passengers requesting accommodations with patience and respect.
- Never make a passenger feel embarrassed or burdensome for requesting assistance.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully about available accommodations.
- Protect the dignity and independence of passengers whenever possible.
- Follow applicable accessibility requirements and company procedures.
- Seek assistance from management when a requested accommodation requires additional planning or resources.
We recognize that accessibility is an essential part of excellent hospitality—not an exception to it.
5. Safety Above All
Exceptional service can never come at the expense of safety.
Legacy Autista is committed to protecting passengers, employees, drivers, and the public.
Employees and drivers must:
- Follow all applicable transportation and traffic laws.
- Never operate a vehicle while impaired, fatigued to an unsafe degree, or otherwise unable to drive safely.
- Maintain vehicles according to company safety standards.
- Report safety hazards, accidents, vehicle defects, and incidents promptly.
- Follow appropriate procedures for emergencies.
- Never allow pressure from a client, colleague, schedule, or business objective to override legitimate safety requirements.
Every employee has the authority and responsibility to raise a safety concern.
6. Professional Boundaries
Our clients trust Legacy Autista employees with access to private spaces and personal moments. That trust must never be exploited.
Employees must maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Unwanted romantic or sexual attention toward passengers or colleagues.
- Inappropriate comments about a passenger’s appearance, relationships, lifestyle, or personal affairs.
- Soliciting personal or financial favors from passengers.
- Using passenger information to pursue personal relationships or business opportunities.

- Sharing confidential passenger information for personal entertainment or gain.
Professionalism means understanding that exceptional hospitality is courteous and attentive without becoming intrusive.
7. Gifts, Gratuities, and Conflicts of Interest
Employees must exercise sound judgment when accepting gifts, gratuities, or benefits.
We will not accept anything that could reasonably be viewed as an attempt to improperly influence a business decision, service level, or professional judgment.
Employees must disclose significant actual or potential conflicts of interest to management.
Personal relationships, outside business interests, financial interests, or other circumstances must not interfere with an employee’s responsibility to Legacy Autista or its clients.

Employees are expected to understand and follow the laws and company policies relevant to their responsibilities.
Where this Code establishes a higher ethical standard than the minimum required by law, employees should follow the higher standard whenever legally permissible.
12. Speaking Up and Reporting Concerns
Maintaining an ethical culture requires everyone to take responsibility.
Employees are encouraged to report suspected:
- Safety violations
- Privacy or confidentiality breaches
- Discrimination or harassment
- Fraud or dishonesty
- Conflicts of interest
- Misuse of company resources
- Unethical or unlawful conduct
- Violations of this Code
Reports should be made promptly through designated management or reporting channels.
No employee will be penalized or retaliated against for raising a good-faith concern or participating honestly in an investigation.
Knowingly making a false accusation, however, is itself inconsistent with our commitment to integrity.
13. Accountability
Violations of this Code may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships, consistent with applicable law and company policy.
Legacy Autista will evaluate reported concerns fairly and responsibly and will take appropriate action when misconduct is substantiated.
Leaders are responsible for reinforcing this Code through their own conduct and ensuring that ethical standards are reflected in everyday operations.
